A new community hall in a new urban landscape
As part of the re-development, we want to make the most of the grounds within which the new hall will sit. Together with the car-parks, a new woodland walk, a new ‘safe garden’ for children’s activities (and cream teas), we think we can integrate the graveyard, improve the paths and walls, and make the whole setting of our church a much improved landscape.
We beleive this will be of benefit tothe community, and will certainly set-off the new hall.
We will be applying for some environmental grants to help us with this work, some of which will be required to compy with the planning decision.
Here is an outline plan of the basic new landscape plan. Now we have to try and be creative with some ideas to make it a real stand-out feature of the re-development.
