It’s with great joy that the members of Lunch Club started back again recently.

Thanks to all the volunteers for their tremendous work.

I’m hoping to bring a visitor soon from the Yorkshire Synod to see what we are doing and learn about how our support for our community is building our confidence and capacity.

And welcome to a new cook…. well, chef really…. Lewis Underhill, whom some of you will have met already, has now become another cook, and with his professional catering experience we are very grateful for his working round his shift pattern to strengthen the kitchen team.

I went in the other day to see how they were getting on and was surprised the answer to the question was not BARNSLEY!
