It has been an immensely frustrating time coping with building delays.  There have been several factors, and it seems as if they have all transpired against us.  But we hope that these delays are now behind us.  The builders are ready to re-commence operations in early January and are on track for their revised programme timetable.  We expect to see the first floor steelwork erected, the stairwell craned in and the roof put on in January.  Once we are past that, it will be roof glazing, windows and doors and internal works.
