A few visitors to our site may have seen adverts appearing today on the Christ Church website.  This is because the website traffic has increased over the last few days, and the hosting company has added random ads from a few ad service providers, without telling the webmaster!

It seems higher traffic to the Christ Church site implements this automatically as a way of paying for the hosting service, which is free.  So I understand their rationale; just wish they had warned me it was going to happen.

If you have seen adverts, please be assured that we did not intend there to be adverts and a payment has been made to the hosting company to exclude adverts from this site.  So it should not happen again.

The price of success and increased traffic!
